嘉莉Ingoldsby has over seventeen years of experience as a student affairs professional. Carrie joins us from Mercer University, where she spent 12 years as the Director of 海博网官方网站生活 and Student Involvement. Before her time at Mercer, she served as the Assistant Director of Campus Activities at Bucknell University for four years.

Carrie has extensive professional experience in crisis management/on-call rotation, 学生的行为, 预算, Title IX investigation, 评估, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, Carrie has been committed to increasing student involvement and enhancing the student experience by providing civic engagement and leadership program opportunities.

Carrie earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Trinity University (San Antonio, TX), a Master of Science in Education – Student Services Administration from Baylor University (Waco, TX), 和Ph值.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University. A recipient of the Barry Jenkins Award for Outstanding Contributions to 12博官方网站, a member of the Leadership Macon class of 2015, and currently a member of ACPA (American College Personnel Association) and NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators).

As the 教务长, Carrie says there are many areas of the college that she will be focusing on this semester. Carrie will work closely with the Student Government Association (SGA), the Center for Leadership and Involvement (CLI), and 居住生活 to increase student involvement in organizations and events. One part of this is promoting collaboration among organizations and departments to create high-impact experiences for students. She has also begun conversations with student leaders across campus to come up with new and exciting traditions to instill pride in and celebrate Wesleyan College. Carrie will also oversee the implementation of the new 首席执行官研究所 mentorship initiative scheduled for this spring.
